Refund Policy

To protect the safety of both you, and our staff during this pandemic, we are not able to accept any returns or exchanges on products that have been successfully delivered to the recipient.  Everything is final sale. 

 

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Most orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm are shipped out the same day, however we do not guarantee this. We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their CBD is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensure you do not run out of CBD. 

 

Defective/Damaged Products

Your satisfaction is our top priority, we will happily replace any items that are defective or have been damaged during transit. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that time frame.
